We are looking to replace a star assistant who will be leaving us on the 14th July 2022 (training will begin 30th May):

Successful candidate’s primary focus will be at the front working with patients performing such tasks as greeting (in-person and over the phone), appointments, payments, etc. Essentially front-end office administration however future growth will open up possibility of cross-training in the technical assistant role – involving: history taking, patient examination, biomechanics/exercise physiology, rehabilitation – ideally suited to a kinesiology grad, physio assistant, personal trainer or similar type training/experience (registration not required) as this position offers opportunity to grow into a more hands-on role.
Successful candidate will be on probation for 3 months at an hourly rate of $16.00. Hourly rate increase will be performance based and discussed at the 3 month review.
Approximately 35 hours
Monday – 7:00am to 12:00pm & 3:00pm to 8:00pm 10
Tuesday – 7:00am to 11:00am & 2:00pm to 8:00pm 10
Wednesday – 2:30pm to 7:30pm 5
Thursday – 7:00am to 12:00pm & 2:30pm to 7:30pm 10
